The villa is situated in the high part of the Costa Paradiso, in the north of Sardinia, in the place "raffagagnosu" to about m.500 in line air from the sea. The geographical position location allows an enchanting view on all the sea of Gallura; from east to west, you can admire the coast of Corsica, the island of Asinara and the gulf of Stintino. The villa, built in 1996, it extends on a single plan for a surface of about m2 300; the distribution of space thus appears: Double entrance with parking outside, a large hall a common dining, kitchen with pantry and bathroom, four bedrooms all with private bathroom and a cellar at the semiterrata. Three of four rooms have sea view and are thus composed: the first Room has two single beds, the second a double bed, the third a double bed and two single beds. The fourth bedroom is in the rear part his or her accommodation and has two single beds. In the corridors which delimit the transition to the three rooms are positioned along the entire perimeter a series of comfortable cabinets. outside the house, in the area sea view, there is a wide veranda where is staged a dining area with a large table and a relaxation area equipped with comfortable armchairs. Out of the kitchen is a big barbecue in masonry with fireplace and related equipment. A scale of stone, allows to descend from the veranda to pool area along the garden full of typical plants of the zone. around the pool there is an area sundeck wide and comfortable equipped with beach umbrella, deckchairs and cots. The swimming pool is reachable also by the three bedrooms through a meadow English very well kept. under the pool a small wood natural allows the relax in the shade. The villa is also equipped with heating plant to the ground. Costa Paradiso is famous for the rocks in granite of pink very suggestive; the descents to sea, zone rocks, are immersed in a nature enchanting, but there is also a sand beach, Li Cossi, reachable from one of duei small ports after 10 minutes walk. Within the Costa Paradiso, there are all the types of food stores in addition to bar pizzerias, restaurants pharmacies. There is also a diving center, a sporting club with fields of soccer and tennis and two small ports for only where rubber dinghies rental also is planned. The tourist resort more frequented in the vicinity is S. Teresa di Gallura reachable in 40 minutes of machine. From there you can reach after 50 minutes of navigation the harbour of Bonifacio in Corsica. The nearest airports are Olbia (100 km) and Alghero (75km), the ports Olbia (100km) and Porto Torres (70 KM).
