Palazzo Conti Emili is a beautiful Palazzo on half the way from Brescia to Garda Lake.
DESCRIPTION
The Palazzo was built in the seventeenth century from the family of Giovan Battista Montini. In 1723 Conte Emili bought the Palazzo and reconstructed it completely.
From 1975 till today the Palazzo was integrated with all services and totally renewed. A swimming pool had been built, a tennis court and a barbeque building near the swimming pool.
The building has about 3.000 m² gross surface and totally with the park 14.000 m². The whole building is baroque style.
The whole Palazzo is used as residential building, with exception for the little church.

Palazzo Conti Emili is located in Mazzano, Provincia di Brescia, Regione Lombardia, about 8 km from the City of Brescia.
The access to the Palazzo is easy, connections are really good. The Palazzo is about 4 km from the highway exit Brescia Est A4 and about 20 km from Desenzano on the Garda Lake and 20 km from Salò on Garda Lake. With 1 hour driving there are 4 airports (Verona, Brescia, Bergamo, Milano – Linate).
